June 19th is the big day to depart Tennessee for Pistol Pete's 16 day trip to Colorado and beyond. Similar to the "Go Coastal" trip last year that took 11 days and traveled 3500 miles, the "Go Colorado" trip will journey nearly 5500 miles and encompass 15 States and at one place we will be standing at the junction of 4 states. Our ride with early Vintage bikes will begin on the morning of June 21st in Colby, KS (1) and travel to Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park (2), Dinosaur National Monument (3), Arches National Park (4), Canyonland National Park (4), Zion National Park (5), Las Vegas (6), Boulder Dam (6), Grand Canyon (7), Petrified Forest (8), Four Corners (9), Mesa Verde (10), San Juan National Forest and on to Pikes Peak (11). This part of the sojourn will then end at Colby, KS (1) on July 2nd and the round trip is approx. 2500 miles and take 12 days. With a daily average of 210 miles, this great trip will allow us to take our wives so that they too can enjoy the scenery. If you would like to join us please click here and email us a note.
