After several weeks of ocean travel and much anticipation, the new owner Alan Seery has finally laid eyes on "Aussie"

In a recent phone call to Pistol Pete, Alan said that he was astonished by the unanticipated color. "I just had no idea that the blue that is shown in all of the pictures would turn out to be this wonderful blue/green" he said. "It is amazing just how unexpected it was to see her for the first time and to be dazzled by an additional hidden beauty"

Waiting to unload

On the way to see her for the first time

Quarantine area where Aussie awaits inspection.

On to Customs for the final paperwork.

Let's go to the house.

Seeing daylight in my new garage.

Let's go outside and see my new surroundings.

Home at last and I am not even tired from the trip. How do I look?

Let's ride, I have never been driven on the left side of the road. This will be fun.

The culmination of any project like the rebuilding and shipping of a wonderful bike like "Aussie" would be if Pistol Pete and Company can go to her new home and see her being ridden and enjoyed. "You will be a very welcome visitor here if you would care to come see her" said Alan. "Your bike will always be here and available for you to come and ride her anytime" Sounds like a wonderful invitation and one that we just might make our plans to do soon.

Thank you Alan for allowing us to deliver a wonderful piece of history to you and your family. Enjoy!!
